Business Operation and COVID-19 - Details and Updates

We will still be open for business during this challenging time. However we will be operating in a way aimed at keep our staff and customers as safe and healthy as possible. As well as adhering to guidelines set out by the Government of Canada.
For the time being we will be accepting a maximum of 4 customers in the store at a time. However, we are still happily providing all the services we are so well know for. Business requests are to be done via phone, email, or from our website contact form. Email is the preferred method as it will allow us to stay organized and keep better track of orders. Only phone calls received during business hours will be answered. Transactions are prefered to be handled via credit or debit.

MAKING APPOINTMENTS/ ORDERS
While you can call us during business hours to make an appointment/ order, as mentioned before, to make our job of continuing to serve you easier, we prefer email or the website contact form, unless it is a simple request or you are unable to email. In the interest of making this process as efficient as possible, in all emails we request that you include the following:
- Full name.
- Phone number.
- Home address and mailing address (if it is different). Including city, province (if it is outside of BC) and postal code.
- As we use a rental-orientated software, it requires your address for insurance purposes, regardless if you are renting from us or not. You will not receive any unsolicited visits or mail from us.
- The specific service you will require (ie: sales, rentals, service/ repairs, pickup/ delivery).

SALES
Sales orders can be called or emailed in. We will prepare your order and contact you when it is ready to be picked up. We realize parts orders can sometimes take some discussion to ensure you receive the right item. If you are ordering parts, we request that you contact us via email, and provide as much information as possible on the equipment the part is for, as well as a detailed description of the part and part name if possible. If we require more details, we will contact you.
EQUIPMENT REPAIRS & SERVICE
It is still Spring, and the yard work waits for no one. We will continue repairing and servicing your equipment so you can stay productive while at home. Any equipment can be dropped off and picked up in store by appointment. Additionally, we will now be offering equipment pickup and delivery services in the surrounding area for a small fee*. Also, we will be waiving the $25 deposit we normally require upon drop-off.
*Delivery/ Pickup: We are currently sorting out the logistic of this service to keep it as cost effective as possible for both us and the customers. It may be done via scheduled days of the week for specific areas. If you would like to use this service please contact us, we will take your information and will contact you when we are able to come.
*IMPORTANT: If you are emailing to request an appointment, please include what work is needed, the equipment type (chainsaw, lawnmower, ride-on tractor, etc), manufacturer, and model. (If you cannot locate a model number please tell us, and include a description of the equipment such as colour). Additionally, if there is more than one item, please make sure they are clearly separated in the email, with all the information listed for each item.
RENTALS
Rental equipment will still be available as usual. For our full lineup of rental equipment and rates please visit www.enderbyrentals.ca/rentals. For equipment availability please contact us via any method. To keep you safe we will be taking extra care to sanitize all of our equipment before being rented out.
*IMPORTANT: As per store policy, for insurance purposes all rentals require a credit card and drivers license to be put on file. We require visual confirmation for both pieces of ID, simply being told the numbers via phone or email will not suffice. For this reason, if you are comfortable sending photos of BOTH SIDES of these over email, please include them in your email. Otherwise we will take the information when you pick up the equipment, so make sure you have both cards with you.

If you are a contractor or company that is still operating and you require any of our services please reach out to us. It is important to us to keep our community functioning smoothly, and we all play a vital part in that. As usual we will do our best to provide you service as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
